We all agreed that it was mostly about having fun, but also about not being afraid to fail if we learn some new things on the way. Every year at about the same time our office turns into a place where we gather around to pause for a moment and reflect. Christmas Eve supper is the most important celebration of the year and is normally reserved for the closest family. However, we decided to start Christmas together in a family-like atmosphere shortly before the real celebration at our homes.
